Good place!
Hella experience at Balenciaga.
I walked in and was not greeted, not acknowledged, and definitely not helped. I had to actively look for assistance, which is honestly impressive for a luxury store where customer service is supposed to be part of the experience.
When I finally did get help, the attitude was there immediately. I was questioned, disrespected, and even made fun of by staff over my size choice. Maybe it was because of the way I dressed? Idk. I was carrying a $15 Hello Kitty bag with a bunch of Miffy and Labubu on it, so maybe I looked like a kid to them. 😆
But the best part? The 180-degree attitude change once I decided to buy two hats. Suddenly, the energy shifted completely. After I paid, they offered my friend and me soda and tried to make small talk like we were besties. Lol. I didn’t bother entertaining it because I already felt disrespected, so my friend handled the forced conversation.
I also bought a hoodie later, quite spontaneously, and magically, I was treated much better after that too. Funny how respect only appeared after the purchase went through.
Overall, the products were nice, but the service was embarrassing. Luxury prices, outlet-level attitude.

I had a very disappointing experience at your store due to the behavior of Gracie Cancino and Lino Garcia. From the moment I interacted with them, they were dismissive, spoke down to me, and came across as rude and condescending. Instead of making me feel welcome, they made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being judged.
This is especially surprising for a high-end retailer where customer service and professionalism should be a top priority. Regardless of whether someone is making a purchase or simply browsing, every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed by the experience. Based on my interaction, I would not expect this level of treatment from a luxury retailer. I hope management addresses this with Gracie Cancino and Lino Garcia, as interactions like this can easily discourage customers from returning or recommending the store to others. I will NEVER come back to this store, if you do don’t work with Gracie Cancino or Lino Garcia
Lino is the man! Coming from Pittsburgh, we have 0 Balenciaga stores within 6 hours. In Vegas, there were 3 within walking distance. The shops at Caesar's is the best one of the 3 in my opinion. Purchased a few pieces and Lino even sent a few texts afterwards with pieces that were not in store, but were my style.
Thank you Caesar's and Lino for making my experience top notch.
While visiting my friend asked the store to repair her purse. Everything was set up until the manager realized we live out of town the next day. Even though we agreed to pay for shipping or return to pick it up, they refused two do the service they had promised. I will never return. My friends will never return.
