  What a terrible experience. Came in ready to drop some $$. Young woman “helped” me and measured me as a 38D, which surprised me bc I had been trying on 36DDDs a few mins earlier at VS and the band was pretty loose. I told her she might have measured wrong and she assured me she didn’t. She gave me a 38D. The cups were TINY. I was spilling out. I let her know. She had visible shock. I asked for a 36DDD. She gave me a 38DD. It fit better but it was so wide. I explained that and, frustrated, walked out. She told me that I should go to TORRID where they have my size. Weird. Literally a size medium, 36/34 band needs to shop at torrid? The girl was clueless and needs to take her fatphobia elsewhere. I went home and measured my underbust at 33” with overbust +8” - more like a 34F/G. In what world is that needing plus size bras? They clearly don’t train their associates, I’ll never be back.

  Amazing service, amazing bras, and amazing sales! The employees are so sweet, and the store is absolutely adorable, I would buy everything in the store if I could! Would strongly recommend getting your bras here. They also do sizing!

  We came upon this store just yesterday in Willowbrook, having seen the location in the Paramus Mall many times and not going in. we were surprised that they had opened a location here about a month ago. Well this location is small it is Well organized and brightly lit showing the variety of intimate wear and an easy-to-navigate store. Many stores nowadays have too many things going on in the making even walking through the store tough with all the extra displays but not this location. The ladies working here are very polite and helpful, even finding an item that wasn't on the shelf in my wife's size and preferred color from their back stock quickly. I will update this review in the future to tell you the quality of the clothing she bought after she's worn it a few times.
