  Been shopping Here for years.they keep getting worse.i don’t even shop here any more,I’d rather drive up to American dream ,or the short hills.At least the employees don’t act like there from keansburg. Guy on the phone was so rude,Then they actually had what I was looking for.and there was no one to help me.joke should close this location.

  Where do I begin? I dropped off three pieces of jewelry to be cleaned. The gentleman at the door was kind and friendly, as he usually is, and the first woman who came out to assist me—the shorter woman with blonde hair—was also pleasant. She gave me the price, and I explained that my wallet was in the car because my husband was driving around trying to find parking. She let me know they accept Google Pay or Apple Pay, but I told her my phone was also in the car. I went outside to find my husband, and when I returned with my wallet to pay, the first woman who had assisted me was no longer at the register. Instead, the woman with long black hair was there. As I approached, I overheard what sounded like a negative comment about me. I asked her directly if she was talking about me, and she looked shocked before saying they were talking about lunch. Based on what I overheard and the timing, that explanation did not feel genuine, and the interaction felt very unprofessional. On Sunday, I called back and asked to speak with the store manager. I spoke with Kevin, who was also rude. When I asked who the manager was and whether she was in, his tone became unpleasant. He told me she was not in. When I asked when she would be in, his tone became even nastier and he said, loudly and rudely, “Ma’am, she is out.” I calmly repeated that I understood she was out, but I was asking when she would return. He then responded that she was out indefinitely and would not be back. His tone was completely out of line. The only reason I did not respond more harshly was because I was with family and friends. This is by far the worst Tiffany & Co. location in New Jersey that I have visited. If the Short Hills location were not so far away, I would much rather go there.
