  I had a wonderful experience at this store! I came in to purchase an expensive coat and was greeted by a sales associate named Lai, who was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. She made me feel completely comfortable, even though the environment was new and unfamiliar to me. I also had a minor issue with my purchase, and Lai immediately offered a thoughtful and agreeable resolution. Her professionalism and quick problem-solving really stood out and made the whole process stress-free. I’m very happy with my purchase and truly appreciate Lai’s excellent service. Highly recommend!
