  I attended a special gathering with 15 to 20 other ladies. It is beautiful store with an amazing jewelry selection. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming!!

  Picked up some gifts for a special occasion and as usual the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Thank you Dolares, Michelle and Sylvester for the assistance! Previous review: Excellent experience at the SouthPark location. Have made a few recent purchases here and the staff is fantastic.

  It's hard to believe how inept their service has been. My girlfriend purchased a sterling silver keychain from Tiffany's in New York and asked them to have it engraved. We dropped it off on February 13th to have three letters engraved. They said that Federal Express lost the first one in March and then they were going to expedite another one. It's now May 1st, and we are no closer to getting a simple keychain engraved.

  My first time at Tiffany's was great. I was greeted immediately at entrance and was greeted again by Sylvester. The handshake was a nice touch. I was pretty set on what I wanted to buybut came to the store for the in-store experience and to see the item in person before completely deciding on my purchase. Sylvester was kind and warm. Working with him was easy and I'm glad I came to the store for this purchase.
