  Went into the store with my parents. My mom was browsing through pieces looking for something to buy for my brother’s graduation ceremony. My mom asked if something was on sale and the nasty old woman with frizzy ginger hair at the checkout looked at us with disgust and told us that no it wasn’t. She then walked away and started texting furiously on her phone. The Asian sales person came up to us apologetically and was trying to help us find something we liked but the ginger soiled the mood. Will never come back here again.

  The reps are nice and helpful. But they have terrible return policies. Basically you won’t get your money back if you return your stuff. Best case, you’ll get store credits (non transferable). Worst case, they’ll only let you do exchanges. I say you should shop somewhere else with better return policies. When we are spending so much money, we should be treated better.

  They have good customer service. Theyre very friendly, nice and helpful. And they seem to enjoy their job. Its a pretty nice store on newbury street.
