  I had an amazing experience at this store. It was very easy to book an appointment and they were already waiting for me when I arrived both times I went in. Alika Plotnick was so kind and helpful through the whole process.

  I consistently have an exceptional experience at Van Cleef & Arpels thanks to the wonderful staff here, especially Aidan. He has extensive knowledge of the brand, patient, and attentive without ever feeling pushy. He also takes the time to understand exactly what I am looking for and offers thoughtful guidance throughout my visits. The staff at this location genuinely makes me feel appreciated as a client.
