  I liked this place until the customer service turned me off so much I will never be back. Today I went in for the 50% off sale and a woman with blonde curly hair was sure to tell me it was only 30% (which was totally fine) and then I was checking out having a conversation with my sister and said it was a good deal for 50% because I liked the swimwear & this woman working literally looked at me and so rudely said “again, I already told you it was 30%”. Like for someone working in customer service she was rolling her eyes and literally the rudest experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. I’ve bought a bunch of bikinis here but I will no longer be a customer. You need to work on training your employees.

  Purchased a swim suit here. When I got out the door I realized the total wasn’t correct they had changed me $40 for the bottoms when the ticket clearly said $30 and $65 for the top when it clearly said $60. When I went back in to the store to ask the rep about it she looked at me and said the tags were supposed to be changed but hadn’t yet. So I asked her to refund me.She then said she would have to call the owner and of course they never answered. So they are pretty much ripping people off there.

  I bought 2 bikinis bc I thought they were cute. Tried them on at home and they are so flimsy and cheap. I went to return them early Saturday morning and the sales associate was so difficult to deal with I walked out and returned them to the Tampa store where the associate was a breeze and showed me some different options that were better than what I picked. I don't recommend this store.
