  Beautiful store! Lindsay was amazing! She was so incredibly patient with me. Between the exchanging of an item and my indecisiveness for a new item, she never pressured me or made me feel like a burden. She was super sweet and attentive. Will definitely be back!

  Darren is an amazing SA, he delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in the design district. He was so welcoming and knowledgeable about their line of fragrances and products. I plan on returning just based on him alone. Thank you!

  Beautiful store but I did not get the luxury experience I hoped for. A sales associate hovered around us and did not give us enough space. Also told us to not take any photos which is really unheard of. It’s Miami Design District - the most photo-friendly place in the entire world.
