Horrible experience. The swimsuits and pieces are nice but they treated my wife horribly and when we went to pay the lady said “but do you have something to pay?”. Will never come back.

Terrible service. I was going to buy 5 different sets but the customer service from this store is awful. Not coming back ever. They are rude and treat customers like trash.

A truly disappointing experience. I came to this store to make a perfectly valid return, and from the very beginning, the only answer I received was “no.” There was absolutely no effort to find a solution, offer an alternative, or even consult someone who might be able to help. They simply said it wasn’t possible and considered the matter closed. I explained that I am a tourist and needed to resolve the issue as soon as possible because I do not live in Miami. Despite that, they showed no willingness whatsoever to help. I had to leave without a solution and spend my own time figuring out how to resolve a problem that the store should have at least tried to help me with. When I pointed out to the manager that if certain payment methods cannot be refunded, customers should be informed before completing their purchase, her response was: “How were we supposed to know you were going to want to return the item?” I found that response completely unacceptable. That is exactly why return policies and payment restrictions should be clearly communicated in advance. To make matters worse, another employee told me, “Take it back to Spain and try to exchange it there.” As a tourist, I found that suggestion completely absurd and unprofessional. Expecting a customer to travel to another country to solve a problem that the store should have handled is unacceptable. I am a regular Calzedonia customer in Spain and have always had excellent experiences there, which made this situation even more disappointing. The level of customer service at this location is far below what I expect from the brand. What disappointed me most was not the issue itself, but the staff’s attitude: no empathy, no initiative, and virtually no problem-solving skills. I hope this store eventually has management and staff who are better trained to handle situations like this and who genuinely care about helping customers. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I absolutely love Calzedonia. This is not meant to be a negative review, but rather constructive feedback that I hope can help improve the customer experience. Today I visited the Dolphin Mall store for the first time. I’ve been buying my bikinis from Calzedonia for years, and it has always been my go-to store. As I was looking through the window display, I noticed there were three sales associates on the floor. The moment I walked in, one of them approached me and asked what I was looking for. I politely replied that I wasn’t looking for anything specific and that I was just browsing. A few moments later, while looking at a bikini, a second associate approached me and asked if I needed a particular size. Again, I responded that I was just browsing. I then moved to another section of the store hoping to look around at my own pace, but a third associate immediately approached me to let me know they had additional sizes in the drawers and that I could let her know if I wanted to try anything on. Once again, I thanked her and said I was just browsing. A little later, while looking at the cover-ups, another associate came over and asked what size I needed. At that point, I was already starting to feel uncomfortable. Shortly afterward, one associate told me that a particular collection was new and that it was Hailey Bieber’s collection. I thanked her and continued walking. As I moved through the store, there were more comments about other collections and products. At that point, I honestly felt like I couldn’t browse peacefully, and I considered leaving and simply shopping online instead. I checked the website, but the item I wanted wasn’t available there, so I ultimately decided to make my purchase in-store. Before I reached the register, I was asked multiple times if I wanted to add a cover-up to my purchase. Even after politely declining several times, I was asked again if I was sure. I share this feedback with the best intentions. I completely understand and appreciate attentive customer service, but when assistance becomes constant and persistent, it can have the opposite effect. It can make customers feel pressured, rush their visit, or even leave the store altogether. Calzedonia remains my favorite swimwear brand, but honestly, after this experience, I will most likely shop online next time to avoid feeling so overwhelmed while browsing. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.
