I had an exceptional experience with Silvia at Bal Harbour.
She went far above and beyond what I would normally expect from customer service. I needed help with an exchange after not receiving my original receipt from the Valentino Miami Design District store, and Silvia took the initiative to help me navigate the situation and find a solution.
She was professional, patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me. What impressed me most was that she treated my issue as if it were her own, even though it was not something she was responsible for.
Outstanding customer service like this is rare. Silvia turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I am incredibly grateful for her help.

This is my absolute last Valentino purchase due to lack of quality of the product and lack of customer service. I had purchased the Valentino VLogo Rubber Sandals. I have only worn them a handful of times. The shoe still looks brand new by the tread on the bottom and all other appearances. The toe separator came out of the base of the shoe while I was walking. I do not live near a Valentino store, so as per the website instructions, I sent the show to my nearest store, which is in Bal Harbor, Miami. My contact at the store was Emy Fayad. She would not give me any information as to why Valentino won’t repair the shoe, just that they won’t. Then, with further insult to injury, they would not issue me any kind of refund or store credit, even though the shoe has been barley worn and lacks the quality a basic sandal, much less a “luxury brand” should have. Emy would only contact me via text message and did not respond in a timely manner. I expected more from this company. There was nothing “luxury” about this company in terms of their quality in customer service, it’s just their price tag.
I would give Zero stars if I could.
I bought a Valentino Moncler collab jacket in 2019 from the Yorkdale Valentino store. The jacket was $3,000.
Then I moved full time to Florida that same year. I did not wear this jacket at all until this past Christmas, December 2025, when we went to Whistler, British Columbia. This is when I noticed little white flakes coming off the jacket. I had to wear it like this, and be seen in public like this for 2 weeks while on vacation. Terrible.
Before this, the jacket was hanging in my walk-in closet, which is temperature and humidity controlled. I do not have any problems with ANY of my other jackets or clothing.
I want to clarify something, and to be Very clear that this jacket did not become damaged. This jacket is Defective. Valentino sold me a defective jacket.
Customer service is very unresponsive. Bal Harbor Valentino store ignored me for 2 months before finally getting back to me to say there is nothing they can do.
I sent an email to the CEO, will update if/when I get a reply.
I had a nice experience and have been enjoying my new shoes. I liked their staff. Juan was very friendly, helpful and professional.
