  Dear Calzedonia Management Team,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a shocking and deeply traumatizing incident that occurred at your Aventura Mall location on Monday, June 29th.While trying on swimsuits, I was approached by a brunette female employee who falsely, rudely, and publicly accused me of leaving bodily fluids on one of the items. She pointed to old, dried stains that were clearly left by a previous customer due to your staff's failure to inspect the merchandise before putting it back on the floor.As an extremely hygienic person who was wearing clean underwear, it is physically impossible to leave dried stains in the few seconds it took to try the item on. All other swimsuits I tried on were completely spotless, which I pointed out to her, but my words were completely ignored.This groundless and offensive accusation completely ruined my day, left me in tears due to the humiliation, and caused me a sleepless night. This is a severe breach of customer service ethics, basic human decency, and hygiene protocols by your staff.I demand a formal investigation into this incident (which can be verified via your store cameras and shift schedules for June 29th) and an official apology from the store management.I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

  I give 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to Chiara the sale rep at calzedonia aventura mall because of her professionalism and her devotion at work. She helped me get a winter shear tight, which is out of seasons, whether the first associate who attended me first told me she couldn't because the tight is up the scale and her hand could not reach it. The first associate proceed with a refund instead of making an effort on doing the exchange of the summer tights to the winter tights, which I got two days ago. I couldn't wear them for my work, it's too transparent. I left the store very disappointed after the return was done because I couldn't get what I wanted. I return 10 min later to ask if they could at least order me the winter tight online since the couldn't get it in the stockroom. I approach Chiara, she was so professional unlike the first associate who attended me. She went inside the stockroom and got me three winter tights. I am so grateful for her attendance and her professionalism. If a salesperson has to be promoted I am voting for Chiara for her professionalism and her hard work. Anybody reading this review ask for Chiara when you visit the Calzedonia store in aventura mall you won't be disappointed.
