    Be careful when shopping at this store. If you buy something, inspect it carefully before leaving. I purchased two wedding bands for over $6,000 a week ago, right before the store closed. The employee was rushing to wrap everything up, so I didn’t have a chance to thoroughly inspect the rings. When I got home, I noticed multiple scratches and marks on both rings. The following weekend, I returned to the store to see if they could either fix the issue or exchange the rings. No one wants damaged wedding rings, especially after paying full price for brand-new jewelry. Unfortunately, my experience with one salesperson, Eric, was extremely disappointing. Without checking any details or speaking with the employee who sold me the rings, he immediately said, “We already sold this to you. The scratches didn’t happen with us.” His tone was dismissive, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. There was no investigation, no attempt to understand the situation, and no apology. He simply insisted that the damage was my fault and that the store would do nothing about it. I was shocked by how I was treated. I repeatedly asked to speak with the salesperson who originally helped me, but Eric refused. It took me asking twice to speak with someone else before he finally stepped away. Thankfully, the salesperson who originally sold me the rings eventually came over. She was polite, professional, and helped polish the rings. By that point, I was so frustrated that I was seriously considering returning everything and taking my business elsewhere. I’ve had excellent experiences with Tiffany & Co. in the past, where cleaning, service, and customer care were handled professionally. The contrast here was striking. One employee’s behavior can seriously damage a luxury brand’s reputation. If you decide to shop at this store, I strongly recommend working with someone other than Eric.

    I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an engagement ring. Rebeccah was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. Her knowledge, professionalism, and patience made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. She explained the different diamond options, shapes, and settings in a way that was easy to understand, and she always worked to find the best option that fit both my preferences and budget. If you’re feeling unsure about which diamond, shape, or ring style to choose, I strongly recommend asking for Rebeccah. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and provides outstanding customer service. Thank you for making such an important purchase such a great experience!

    Booked an engagement ring appointment for 3PM, showed up at 3:05 and was told that the rep (John) was still with another customer. We were brought to our table and were kept waiting for over half an hour. Eventually we had to leave for our next appointment at Harry Winston. When we left, John was still chitchatting with the previous customers, and never even acknowledged us. Super unprofessional - not sure if this is representative of all Tiffany locations or just the SF ones but def will not be back. The worst service out of all the brands we visited by a long mile.

    Used to be a store with good quality and trendy stuff. Nowadays, they can’t even get the small things right - my wife’s bracelet keeps breaking even after fixes from the store… shameful…
