  I walked into Tiffany and Company in fashion Valley excited for their new store upgrade and as I also wanted to see some jewelry, I was gonna do two things at once repair two of our necklaces and turn them in which apparently now you may need to make an appointment just for them to take it in the appointments are two weeks out, making it very inconvenient when a transaction eight months prior would only take five minutes of them to take it from me give me a receipt saying I turned it in and then I would pay for it after it arrived two weeks 2 to 3 weeks later the appropriate amount of time now due to the fact that You must have an appointment it makes it extremely inconvenient as we have to wait for our jewelry repair taking longer for six weeks. This is a ridiculous process and it should be abandoned.

  Estaba pensando en ir a comprar un regalo para mi hermana, pero me acabo de dar cuenta que tienen una cliente frecuente, que va TODOS los días a pedir el baño y habla mal del personal que ahí trabaja, entonces me entró la duda: solo tratan bien a ciertas personas y a las demás las pelusean?   I have always been a huge fan of Tiffany and I have purchased quite a bit from this location. Unfortunately, the service has diminished exponentially. Unfortunately, I went to go take a Mother’s Day gift back without a receipt, and they were unwilling to trade it for something else despite the fact, I had all the packaging, the bag, and everything in hand. Because I did not have the receipt from the individual (no way was I going to ask him for this) that gave me the gift, I was out of luck and they sent me on my merry way. All I wanted to do was trade something in the same family of products. They were unwilling to even think about an adjustment and it truly changed my perception of their overall service. I will not be purchasing from Tiffany again and it is just sad. In a world where everything continues to decline from a service perspective, Tiffany is now one of the stores joining the poor service group. Do better Tiffany as she knew it was purchased there and found the confirmation of the purchase, but couldnt do one simple swap to make a customer happy. It was a very dismissive transaction.

  As a thriller and romance author, I’m always noticing the design and atmosphere of places that convey craftsmanship and style, and the Tiffany & Co. boutique at Fashion Valley is a beautiful example. The storefront immediately stands out with elegant window displays and thoughtful lighting that highlights the brand’s classic presentation. Everything about the exterior feels polished and refined, exactly what you would expect from Tiffany & Co. The location fits perfectly within the upscale Fashion Valley setting, and the displays are carefully arranged to showcase the timeless look the brand is known for. The staff inside appeared attentive and professional as they assisted customers. It’s a beautiful boutique and a great example of luxury retail presentation in San Diego.
