  Extremely disappointing experience. I would give zero stars if I could. We came back to return the jacket only 10–12 hours after purchasing it. The item was unused and in the same condition, yet they still refused to refund the money to the original payment method and would only offer store credit. What is especially frustrating is that nobody clearly explained this restrictive return policy before we paid. An important policy like this should be clearly communicated to the customer, not simply displayed on a small notice at the counter and mentioned only when a customer tries to make a return. Even worse, the store credit has significant restrictions and cannot simply be used at other Max Mara stores. Had we been clearly told this before purchasing, we would never have bought the jacket. The whole experience felt extremely misleading and unfair. We returned in less than half a day with an unused item, and they still refused a normal refund. Please be very careful before purchasing anything from this location. Ask them to explain the return policy clearly before you pay. After this experience, I would never shop here again. Best thing never buy from this store.

  I bought an item here and later found that it was almost $200 cheaper online. To make matters worse, the store has a no-refund policy! Don’t buy clothes from this store! This was no help at all. I contacted customer service myself, but they simply told me to contact the store where I made the purchase. No one at the store answers the phone or responds to me.

  Zero stars if possible. Very disappointing experience at this franchise location. The sales staff were overly pushy, and the product turned out to be defective/poor quality shortly after purchase. When I tried to resolve the issue, the store hid behind a strict no-return policy instead of offering any real customer service. The policy was not clearly explained upfront, and the overall experience felt very unfair and unprofessional. Being a franchise store should not be an excuse for poor service and refusing to stand behind the products they sell. I would not recommend this location.

  Pushy, rude, unprofessional. Worst experience and wouldn’t go back. 里面的阿姨不知道哪来的，直接往我身上套衣服，感觉在农村集市逛街。正考虑着呢，她拉个脸问我你到底买不买。受不了了赶紧跑。
