- AAAlma AbregoSep 11, 20261.0On July 10, 2026, I stopped by the Intimissimi store at Beverly Center. I was happy to see a great sale w/such attractive/unique collection. There were different discounts on different items. I asked one of your sales clerks... tall, heavy set, Raylene G., to figure the math and tell me the price of a couple of items since I am not a "number" person, I only speak five languages. Her reply was: "Well, no, we don't do the math her, we just don't do math here." Inasmuch as this shocked me to the core, I suggested Intimissimi could possibly put up some info. w/the percent discount equals the dollar amount, as other stores do. However, since I already had an item in my hand on the way to the cashier, I figured I'd take care of that arrogant impolite attitude in due time; which is now. This was so unpleasant... to say the least; thus, Intimissimi will miss approximately a dozen clients I would have been sending to your store...Pity... I really wanted to go acquire more items...:( Perhaps Intimissimi does not need any new customers... but really who doesn't the way the economy is now more than ever. Good luck!
