  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Jenna a sales associate at Calzedonia in Century City.She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service while making you feel valued as a customer. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Associates like this truly deserve to be recognized for their exceptional customer service. Thank you for making such a positive impression. I will definitely be back!

  1 fitting room. 1 person stuck there for 30 minutes. I waisted my time. Not the best experience.

  First time at the shop and Kevin was AMAZING! He was super sweet and very easy to talk to. His customer service was 10/10! I had a lot of swimsuits I wanted to get in person, and he made sure I got what I needed (sorry for the amount of times you had to look in those boxes!) Anyway, 100% would recommend this place - thanks again Kevin!
