  I frequent occasionally Culver City Mall. I’ve gone into the store a few times and there is one lovely girl who works there. I have taken a shine to this store and the past couple of months and decided to go in there tonight to buy a strapless bra for the Oscars. I’m a 49-year-old woman who used to work in a lingerie shop I used to have her job. I believe this girl was the manager and she needs to learn customer service. She challenged me with my bra size in the rudest way possible. I weigh 135 pounds, size small/medium with a large Cup size. I’ve struggled finding bras my whole life. While I was wearing a 32 DD asking her to get me a 32 DD or possibly a 34D she insulted me by telling me that’s not what I was and there’s no way I could be. She then said that she’s a 32 and there’s no way I could be. She was very very thin.. Then she said she had to measure me And told me I was the absolutely most ridiculous size I have ever heard. I’ve been the same size since I was 25. It’s a delicate subject, so my advice to you is to learn some bedside manner. Be careful who you talk to. I will never go into the store again because of that experience. This is disappointing because I really liked that store. To add insult to injury, she did it in front of other clients and acted like it was OK to do it. It was humiliating and rude and the worst customer service I’ve ever had. If the customer/client is not insulting you or offending you, they’re always right! Humor them. Shame on you!

  I have been looking for comfortable and attractive panties for a long time. I am happy to say that I found exactly that and more at Intimissimi. As soon as I walked in Diane, a friendly and helpful person that assisted me welcomed me and informed me that they were having a special sale. They had 5 of the most beautiful and luxurious panties for only $35.00 I bought a large array of colors and styles. Additionally as I came back, since I have been back several times. I also bought several bras also on sale and 3 luxurious cashmere blouses. Diane has always been welcoming and attentive to my needs. She also looked for a size not available at another store. I will continue to come back and I highly recommend this brand, this store and Diane’s impeccable service.
