  Whenever I walk into this boutique, I am always greeted by the staff, and never "dismissed" as in other boutiques. Yulia is my client advisor and always goes out of her way to help me with my purchase. I always enjoy my experiences at the Valentino.

  Stopped by Valentino at South Coast Plaza with a couple relocating from San Francisco — they were under contract on a Newport Coast home and this was part of their lifestyle tour of the area. The boutique is stunning, with beautifully displayed RTW collections and accessories that feel very true to the brand's Italian heritage. The staff provided exceptionally personalized service. My clients were thoroughly impressed. When I'm helping buyers see what Orange County living truly offers, South Coast Plaza and boutiques like Valentino always make a strong case for the area.

  10/12/25 Phoebe was our sales associate, she was very helpful and welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I'm truly pleased with the exceptional experience provided. My wife is happy with her chain wallet and she'll be sure to put it to good use. Thank you Phoebe, we'll be back again soon. The holidays are right around the corner. Take care 🙏🙏🙏

  Just leaving my own 5 star here because most of the lower reviews definitely seem to be entitled people who really don't expect to spend money to fix $1000 shoes?????? Like I- if they were converse I'd understand why they're triggered they can toss it in the wash..... but like these are thousand dollar shoes, it's a boutique with DESIGNER clothes. I'm not understanding why people are complaining about paying extra money for shoes when 1. They clearly have the money for it after paying$1000 for shoes 2. They're really starting to sound cheap not wanting to pay for fixing up what they spent 1000s on
