  There was a wait when I got there, but the line moved quickly. However, once I walked in, there wasn't a very large selection of bags available.

  Terrible customer service! When we visited during the rain the security guard required us to leave our umbrella at the front of the store. When we left, we discovered someone had stolen our expensive umbrella right from under the security guard’s nose! The guard basically told us tough luck and did nothing to assist us or try and help. Terrible!!!

  Purchased a Saint Laurent bag for approximately $2,000 at the Woodbury Common outlet and returned within less than two hours in original unused condition after realizing the item was not right for me. I was shocked to be told that the store would not issue any refund and would only provide store credit. At no point during checkout did the sales associate verbally disclose that this was a strict store-credit-only / no-refund purchase. There may have been a small sign posted, but this was absolutely not clearly brought to my attention before payment on a high-value luxury item. For a $2,000 purchase, failing to clearly explain such an unusually restrictive return policy is unacceptable and misleading. Had this been properly disclosed, I would never have completed the transaction. What made this worse was the complete lack of willingness to provide any reasonable customer accommodation, despite my returning almost immediately with the item unused and in perfect condition. This experience felt deceptive, inflexible, and far below the level of service expected from Saint Laurent. Buyers should be extremely cautious and make sure they explicitly ask about refund policy before purchasing anything from this location.
