  07-13-26 After reading the reviews by others I drove from almost an hour away to visit the boutique As I was set on the (fiftysix day date) as I approached the doors security opened the door to let 2 people in and stopped me (told my gf and I to hold on while he asked if I could enter ) All I could gather was because I was wearing shorts sandals and a t shirt I was not the customer they were looking for. Without any other explanation from the doorman I simply told him if he has got to ask if I can come in this probably isn't the place I would want to make a purchase in anyway we walked away We were very surprised by the situation seing as any other stores we had been in was super personable and very inviting I was not aware they chose the customers here by appearances very disappointing and unprofessional on their part Extra note for any customers If it wasn't the clothing Possibly could have been a white ,Hispanic couple thing Either way it did give me a chance to visit other luxury brands that led to the purchase of another beautiful timepiece for my collection from a competitor FAIL

  2.5 stars to be exact. The entire experience was meh. Equipment and stuff on the counter. Noise in the back. The store looked abandoned and messy. After lingering around for a while, I had to ask a security guard to find someone. The salesperson then spent a few minutes showing me a watch, but you could see and feel he was not into it. Overall, not a "Vacheron" experience at all; he felt bothered and wanted to go back to the back with his colleagues. Still love VC watches, but the experience was disappointing.

  Even though we came to the store just to purchase a strap for a vintage piece we bought in our home city, the person who helped us made us feel like we were their best customers. We appreciate your help!

  I had a great conversation with Eric during my last visit and he showed me a different color of the piece that I was wearing on that day. We exchanged contact and in email I mentioned I will be visiting Geneva and he responded that he would gladly setup a factory tour during my visit. After that I did not receive a single email or call from him for 5 weeks and at first I emailed and check to see if everything's OK for him, as I usually got timely response especially from representative in such prestigious brand. Unfortunately not a word after he confirmed he would get back to me.
