  Really disappointed with my experience here. I was gifted a set from this location, and even at purchase, the customer service was underwhelming — we were left waiting for a while and staff weren’t particularly friendly or attentive for a store at this price point. What’s worse: after only about six months and a handful of wears, one of the pearl earrings completely fell apart, with the pearl detached and lost! When I reached out for help, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive,refusing to acknowledge it as a manufacturing defect despite clear evidence.

  I visited the Tiffany & Co. boutique in Beverly Hills today to surprise my wife with a small gift for our wedding anniversary. From the exact moment we stepped through the doors until the second we left, every single moment was absolutely perfect. I initially tried to book a same-day appointment online but wasn’t able to, so I called the store before heading over. They kindly informed me that walk-ins were welcome. As soon as we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were immediately guided to a private room. When our dedicated associates introduced themselves, I shared my only request: 'I just want my wife to feel completely comfortable and happy while she shops. That’s all I ask.' They took that to heart and went above and beyond at every single turn. My wife was genuinely happy and felt entirely at ease throughout our entire time there. If I recall their names correctly, I believe they were Jovanna and Donielle. They were the epitome of professionalism and made both of us feel incredibly comfortable. To be honest, they were the real gems in that room—far more precious than any of the luxury jewelry on display. They are truly exceptional assets to the store, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to them for making our anniversary so unforgettable. If we ever purchase Tiffany pieces in the future, I am 10,000% coming back to this specific location. Thank you both so much again—you truly made my wife's day, and mine as well.

  This is my second favorite location, no other location comes close to the New York City expirence, and remember dont wear diamonds before the age of 40. Happy shopping!

  I was approached and they knew I visited for resizing of a bracelet...i can be served at the lower lobby and no charge for a resizing...went to lower lobby as directed...an Asian old guy got my personal information including work information...and after a lot of talking...tried the bracelet...he said it's the right size for me...he cant make it longer but make it shorter is ok...he saw how hard to wear it by just yourself...somebody has to help you and it's not for everyday wear ...you end up complaining everytime you tried it on...lock is so small cant hold by just one hand...results unhappy of the gift...you can just keep it to your closet until you have next granddaughter to wear it

He was attentive, highly knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless and pleasant. If you are shopping for a special piece and want a genuine luxury experience, I highly recommend asking for Gerald!
