I recently purchased a bag from the Saint Laurent Rodeo Drive boutique, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
Before my visit, I spoke with Maggie at another Beverly Hills location. She arranged to have the bag waiting for me, and provided excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, my experience with Cagla at the Rodeo Drive location was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, she repeatedly made noticeable facial expressions toward my wife and me that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Since my bag was already on hold, all I needed was to complete my purchase, but the interaction felt cold and unprofessional.
During checkout, I attempted to pay using tap with my brand-new debit card, but the payment terminal wouldn’t accept it. She repeatedly insisted the problem was with my bank, yet when I inserted the exact same card, the transaction went through immediately. It was clear the issue was with the terminal, not my card.
I expect a luxury boutique to provide a welcoming and professional experience, and unfortunately that was not the case. Maggie represented the Saint Laurent brand well, but my interaction with Cagla left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the level of service that a brand like Saint Laurent is known for.
Saint Laurent on Rodeo Drive is one of my favorite luxury boutiques and a brand I always enjoy shopping with. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a sophisticated atmosphere that perfectly reflects the timeless elegance and modern style that Saint Laurent is known for.
The staff is exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being overwhelming. They take the time to understand your style and make thoughtful recommendations, creating a personalized shopping experience that feels both comfortable and luxurious.
The quality and craftsmanship of the collections are outstanding. From handbags and shoes to ready-to-wear pieces and accessories, every item embodies the effortless sophistication that makes Saint Laurent one of my favorite brands.
Every visit to this Rodeo Drive location is a pleasure. The combination of beautiful products, impeccable service, and an elegant shopping environment makes it a standout destination in Beverly Hills. Five stars without hesitation, and I always look forward to returning.

I walked into the YSL on Rodeo Drive yesterday to exchange a bag that had a minor scratch on it… I had my cousin with me. We were out shopping having a great time until we met ALEX the store manager! I have never in my life been so insulted and humiliated by a retail store associate… I came in to exchange the Lou Lou bag that I had bought less than two weeks ago. It had a little scratch on it… when ALEX opened the box to see the merchandise, the chain had fallen apart from the bag … She looks at both me and my cousin and says I’ll be right back. I have to call the store that you purchased it from So they can look at the cameras to see if it was purchased there as it was a brand new bag that was shipped to you … That should be more of a reason for her to apologize to me that this bag is damaged after spending 3000+ dollars on a purse that I hadn’t even breathed on, let alone used and mind you even if it was used it’s a BRAND NEW DEFECTIVE designer bag … She should’ve made it right and made myself/the Customer Happy … Instead, she tells me there’s nothing she can do for me & wants me to drive from rodeo to Glendale YSL on a Saturday late afternoon.. I’m a 52 year-old woman who’s been married almost 25 years and my husband has been buying me designer handbags since the late 90’s . I have never ever experienced such bad customer service from a designer store in my life… The way she made me feel and the time that i wasted over a bag that was sent to me damaged… this is why I choose to buy my handbags at Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, or Nordstrom’s as their Customer service is what it’s supposed to be not what I experienced at the YSL boutique on RODEO DRIVE with ALEX the store manager who has the worst Customer service skills and should not be at a beautiful store like that when people are spending a lot of money And want the service to match the expense!
