  Always an incredible experience. You always feel welcomed and helped with the utmost respect. I recently needed my wife's jewelry fixed and sent back to NY. The staff were so informative and kept my in the loop the entire time. I received my notification that the jewelry was ready for pickup and from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left, the staff made me feel as if I was home. So courteous, kind, helpful, respectful, there to assist in anyway they could. I will always be a customer of Tiffany and Co and will forever recommend their items.

  Since the remodel of the Scottsdale mall location, customer service has taken a serious hit. Before the remodel, I could walk in and drop off pieces for cleaning. In and out in 5 minutes, and it was free of charge. Now, you need an appointment and it’s $25 a piece to clean. I walked into the store today, expecting to drop off 5 pieces for cleaning and not knowing about this new policy. Despite me being the only person in the store and 3 people standing around at the counter working, they “did not have appointments” available. The convenience and historically solid customer service has been taken away. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

  Mei is an absolute gem. My mom purchased a ring a few days prior and loved it so much she wanted to get another to compliment it. We went in to get the other one and it just so happened to be my sister’s birthday. Mei helped my mom get her first ring so when we saw her there again we were so excited! She gave us the full princess treatment and we had such good conversation too! Definitely ask for Mei when you go she is just the sweetest angel and is so helpful and kind <3
