  Good outlet. Variety packs f shops, good quality products. We went to Rohan, friendly staff. Went to Salt Rock, good outlet products and prices. Short drive from Cardiff, about 30 minutes.

  Very nice shops and a very nice atmosphere, my partner and I have been twice and both times everyone was super friendly (in every shop) and we got good deals. We actually live over 2.5 hours away but we try and visit every time we're in Wales now. It's very clean, there are good toilets and great food options. It's a good place to shop 😊

  Dogs, dogs and more dogs. Why?......its getting utterly stupid now and spoiling shopping. Dogs owners go to the park or walk along the river or perhaps leave the dog at home?......they dont need to go everywhere. Use your common sense.!...if thats possible?

  We have just been to mcather Glen outlet and the lady I care for has a walker and she had trouble walking the whole outlet because her arms were aching in pain with the slabs on the floor why not do the whole floor in tarmac as it makes it smoother for everyone

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really positive experience at McArthurGlen Bridgend. We visited on a Monday evening, and it was great that the shops were open until 8pm, making it much more relaxed to browse after work. Before we arrived, we phoned Carvela to reserve a particular pair of shoes, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They had everything ready for us when we got there, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The outlet itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a great selection of shops, with plenty of eateries to choose from if you want to stop for a bite to eat. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience, and we'd definitely recommend a visit.
