  Such a great shopping experience because of the Asian staff(sorry,but I can't remember her name)'s hospitality and good advice. I was shopping in the morning on Saturday and trying different styles and sizes for coats. This is my first time to buy clothes from Max Mara and the staff's advice helped me a lot what to choose. Shopping at bicester villag was one of top lists to do in London, so I'm glad to have a good experience here!

  Extremely bad shopping experience As a visitor first come to Uk for five days, don’t have much experience of payment. Everyone from London must know there is a limit of 100pounds while using credit card, but the cashier had an extremely Unpleasant attitude and didn’t told us why we can not pay. At that time I felt that she was a racist because she was kind to other consumers, finally I bought it by Ali pay but this bring me such a bad shopping experience and I will never but things from here

  Horrible customer service!!! Sales lady is very rude and arrogant , long face and roll eye when you asked them questions. Staffs are totally destroyed the brand reputation. I am not expecting the world luxury brand delivered which an unpleasant experience to all the customers. If you valued your customer. The company should give proper guidance how to treat your customer with respect.
