His rude attitude and unprofessional behavior are completely inconsistent with the image and values of a prestigious luxury brand like Dolce & Gabbana. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

A special shout out to Marco, who knew the drill and went ahead and tried to find me items that were pink and over the top!! He was patient and always willing to lend a helping hand to us. My trip to Dolce and Gabbana at Bicester was special and I loved every moment of it!
