  I visited the new Max and Co store in Regent St and bought a beautiful denim jacket. The quality of the products and customer service are great. Barbara was very helpful and friendly!

  I have honestly had one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had, and it's all thanks to Meisen at the MAX&Co. Regent Street store. I originally walked into the store with no intention of buying anything—I simply wanted to have a look at the new collection. After I described what I was ideally looking for, Meisen immediately knew what I meant and brought out a denim corset top from the stockroom. It turned out to be exactly the kind of piece I had in mind. From start to finish, Meisen was absolutely amazing. She helped me get into and out of the corset (which definitely wasn't easy!), suggested that I try a smaller size—which fit so much better than the one I had originally chosen—and guided me through the entire process with such patience and professionalism. She clearly has an incredible eye for detail, a genuine passion for fashion, and a real talent for understanding what suits different body shapes. She was supportive throughout and never made me feel pressured. She even took photos for me so I could see how the top looked. At first, I still wasn't convinced about buying it because it was quite different from what I normally wear. But the more I looked at the photos afterwards, the more I realised that it actually suited my body shape really well—I just wasn't used to seeing myself in something like that. She also brought me a pair of trousers to style with the top, which worked much better than the ones I was wearing, and even showed me the rest of the matching set. Although I decided against buying the full outfit because I knew I wouldn't get enough wear out of it, I really appreciated that she took the time to help me explore different options without ever being pushy. When she saw that I was still undecided, she kindly offered to put the top on hold for me, especially since she knew it would be difficult for me to try it on again by myself. I'm so glad she did, because I only realised later that it was on sale, and as she had mentioned, once it's gone, it's gone. I went back the very next day to buy it, and I'm so happy I did. Meisen, thank you so much once again for all your help. You are truly amazing. What impressed me even more was finding out the next day that you hadn't been feeling well. I genuinely couldn't tell—you were warm, attentive, enthusiastic, and gave me your full attention throughout my visit. Customer service like yours is incredibly rare. You made what could have been a quick browse into such a memorable experience, and you are a real credit to MAX&Co. I hope your hard work and dedication are recognised because you absolutely deserve it. I hope you recover soon!Xx

  I had such an incredible experience at Max & Co.(regent street) that I felt I had to leave a review. I was travelling from Belgium and called the store before making the trip because I wanted to buy a specific trench coat but wasn’t familiar with Max & Co.’s sizing. Allana was the person who answered the phone, and she was absolutely amazing. I asked if she could reserve a size 10 for me, but instead she thoughtfully put three different sizes aside to make sure I would find the perfect fit. That level of care and attention already impressed me before I had even arrived. When I got to the store about an hour later, everything was ready for me. I tried on all three coats: the first was too small, the second was still too small, and the third was perfect! Allana was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the whole experience. What made it even more special was the entire team. Every single member of staff was smiling, welcoming, and eager to help. They worked together seamlessly, supporting one another while taking care of several customers at the same time. Even while Allana was helping me at the checkout, one of her colleagues stepped in to wrap my coat so everything would be quick and efficient because they knew I was in a hurry. I honestly felt treated like a queen. The atmosphere in the store was warm, positive, and full of genuine kindness. Exceptional customer service like this is so rare these days, and I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised. A huge thank you to Alana and the entire team for making my visit such a wonderful experience. You turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be coming back and will happily recommend this store to everyone!
