  Shopping in the Westbourne Grove store reminded me of what can be so nice about the in-store experience. I was looking for a coat and Alina helped me find a Navy cashmere trench that was absolutely perfect and ticked all my boxes for classic style, lightweight, fit, comfort and quality. Alina was so helpful and friendly, and after I left the store she send me a really nice personal message and a copy of my receipt. I will absolutely shop there again!

  The staff were amazing and great experience - however, I bought black jeans that I love but in less than 2 weeks of owning the jeans, the zipper broke. This is disappointing given I paid over $200 for the. I live in the US. Is there an email to contact the store?
