- PPPJan 3, 20261.0Really poor customer service for a high end store. Three customers in the store and the bouncer on the door told us to wait outside until someone was free to serve us. It was v cold so we asked if we could wait inside. He said he wasn’t allowed. There were literally three customers in the store. It was Saturday afternoon. Nice staff when you get in - if you want to stand outside in the cold waiting for the bouncer to let you in. They clearly don’t understand that the customer experience starts before you enter. I suggest you try elsewhere.
