  The staff at Valentino Sloane street were extremely helpful and friendly especially Natasha. I could not locate a pair of Valentino sling back shoes and Natasha managed to find me a pair in my size and posted the shoes immediately out to me. Natasha’s customer service is excellent with patience and understanding and with a very warm personality that even though we communicated by phone I felt as though I had met her in person. I will definitely be using Valentino Sloane street whenever I need to purchase an item from Valentino. Regards Helena
