  Terrible service when trying to return an item - initially tried to tell me I had to return at the store I bought it from which is completely against their policy as I can return in any store within the UK and only after continuously repeating to them their policy was I allowed to, and not by the original woman, she made another woman handle the transaction - most likely trying to protect their daily numbers but that is not the customers problem. Shame on you.

  Had a wonderful interaction with Maria whoose customer service skills was exceptional from start to finish 😊 had a damaged bracelet that needed replacing and she was was amazing from start to finish thx

  Great knowledgeable staff, Thanks Kim! You don’t have to be a Sloane Ranger to sample some joy, sadly no second floor any longer but hopeful of a new future

  Please note that repairs are by appointment only and there are limited appointments available. We were turned away even through the store was quiet - poor service for valued customers. From memory repairs used to be a walk in service.

  I took my daughter shopping here today. Basil looked after us and did an amazing job, fantastic customer care, attention to detail and top class service. He helped make my daughter feel like royalty and really helped make her day special. Hopefully we'll see each other again soon.
