  Service ? - what service? Most unhelpful members of staff I could find. Have been instructured by Tiffany's on how to deal with a problem on a piece of jewerly we bought. Took it to this store, I was told by the manager they could not help and I need to go back to the flag ship store. They are all Tiffany's store, but unlike many other companies, they do not take responsbility not provide service across their chain. The manager stated this is a 'compliance' issue which I explained it is not compliance matter, thats a regulatory thing, this is more their own policies do not align to customer service. I received a blank expression - thats not helpful! Will never purchase from this store, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. After reading other comments, I see I am not alone.

  Monika was so helpful when I went in to have some old earrings mended. She was so kind and helpful, the epitome of excellent customer service. Kind and helpful but not pushy. I came away with a shopping list of items I wish to purchase, an email follow up with the details of something she showed me and I loved, as well as now feeling like i absolutely need the crystal water glasses and a Tiffany silver pen - the weight alone is beautiful. Thank you so much for your fantastic assistance and making my visit so calm and easy.

  Great customer service from Jay (I hope that's how you spell your name!). My mum and I went in to buy something for her 60th Birthday. Jay was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We spent about an hour in the store just chatting, looking at pieces, and absolutely loved what we purchased. Highly recommend! Thank you!

  I visited this branch yesterday with my husband and I was a bit apprehensive because of the recent negative reviews but this store was closest to us. I needn't have worried. As soon as we stepped into the store, we were warmly welcomed by staff closest to the entrance. We told them we had an appointment booked to get my wedding band and engagement ring cleaned and revalued. They offered us drinks and seats at one of the consulting table to wait for our consultant. Once our consultant arrived (which didn't take long), they knew what we had visited for and explained everything in detail - what will be done and what costs we can expect. They answered all of our questions related to the rings and was very courteous throughout. We were there for a lot longer than expected but it was quite good as we felt like we could ask any question and it would be answered patiently and professionally. Overall it was an informative and pleasant experience and we would definitely go there again.
