  Ridiculous company. Came to drop off a bracelet that is 2 months old. It broke. And they tell me that I need to book an appointment to have it repaired because they like to spend a lot of time with you. That’s a terrible process. It’s not tech and Apple it’s just a bracelet that has broken. Name address date simple job 10 minutes max. The store manager then said he could assist but I would need to wait as he needed to host the store. Really? Feels like it is a process designed to put you off getting items repaired. Over priced tatt working on a brand that no longer delivers on quality with customer service designed for aristocrats in the 1920s who have acres of time. It’s a bracelet I just want it fixed.

  My mum and I had an appointment and was seen by Eduard a few weeks ago for a repair, he was so lovely and made everything so easy! Thank you for the beautiful experience!

  Embarrassing for a Tiffany location. No greeting, waiting 5 minutes in front of the engagement rings and nobody came to us, then we asked for assistance and the dude told us to wait[our turn] without offering a place to sit and told us no restrooms was available to customers. The offering is poor in store, limited pieces. We went to Bond St right after and the experience was what you’d expect from Tiffany.
