My mum and I had an appointment and was seen by Eduard a few weeks ago for a repair, he was so lovely and made everything so easy! Thank you for the beautiful experience!
Embarrassing for a Tiffany location. No greeting, waiting 5 minutes in front of the engagement rings and nobody came to us, then we asked for assistance and the dude told us to wait[our turn] without offering a place to sit and told us no restrooms was available to customers. The offering is poor in store, limited pieces. We went to Bond St right after and the experience was what you’d expect from Tiffany.

I called at the Covent Garden store today with my friends as they had booked jewellery to be cleaned. Unbeknown to me, my Best friend had been in contact with the store prior to our visit, to arrange purchasing a bracelet as a surprise for me. The staff were very helpful to my friend in making this happen and delivered the surprise beautifully. I was overwhelmed and the staff were wonderful. I believe the lady who helped us was Jamella. Thankyou for such wonderful customer service and making the experience so lovely.
My fiancé was served quickly and helped by the specialists, in house team of Tiffany Convent Garden
