  I know Marella as a store with great costumer service and its first London shop is no different. Valerie and Nada did a great job helping me find clothes that I am very happy with. Focusing on my style, hair and skin they gave me several things to try. Pieces I would never have picked out myself but that just worked. It’s great to get that much personal attention and I will definitely come back.

  The new store is a fantastic addition to the area. The team is welcoming and passionate, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Suzanne’s exciting ideas and an exceptional eye for the individual style are truly inspiring!

  The selection of pieces are amazing and staff are so hospitable. I was also able to do a colour analysis to help me decide which colour range I’d suit better. Absolutely loved the floral arrangement and some details here and there - it’s sensational to just walk through the store !!

  Very disappointed. I walked past the place as looked cute and was quite cosy. However super disappointed from start to finish. Firstly, they don’t take cash…. I never pay cash but had a problem today so could not use it. Cash was my alternative…. It’s still a legal way to pay. Choice of matcha options was good, so gave the chocolate matcha (£5.50) a go… was really bitter leaving a very horrible after taste in my mouth. The loaf was too dry. Was not even given an option of eating in or out. So I sit and write with the opinion that this is not as cosy as I first thought. The warm colour decor has bench seating which is not that comfortable and a loaf I’m eating for the sake of not throwing food away when there are those that don’t have this luxury. They don’t serve chai latte also looking at the menu. In all honesty there are better places to pop by. Sadly, won’t be visiting again…. And if you read my reviews I live a coffee shop …
