- MMMartaAug 28, 20231.0Brent Cross Intimissimi - extremely poor service; the shop assistants working today were more interested in talking about their personal life than assisting customers. We came in to buy a couple of bra's - we are big fans of this brand due to the good quality. However when entering the shop both assistants completely ignored us, we walked around and looked at several models - we looked at the assistants and even waited a bit to see if we were acknowledged, but nothing - instead they continued chatting and when two friends entered the shop the banter just went to another level - we just left! Very annoying when you feel completely ignored - these assistants need a crash course in customer service!
