- SSSabrinaMay 13, 20265.0First time in an Intimissimi store. I had a great experience today. I was assisted by Foujia, who took the time and helped me find styles I liked. A great first experience.
- EEEricaMay 10, 20261.0So creepy and overwhelming. Went in and the whole store is full of staff, so many of them, more staff than actual customers. I had noise cancelling over head headphones on and wanted to browse in peace. First lady came up to me and I took my headphone off briefly to say I’m just happy to browse and don’t need help. Thought this would be it. No. I then had to avoid eye contact with every other staff in there as they all want to come do the same thing over and over again as I walked around the store, and the same lady from the start then approached me AGAIN and when I took my headphone off again to say I don’t need help and I looked around the entire store of staff were weirdly staring. Maybe this was some type of a game for them to keep bothering customers with headphones on.
- LLLaviniaMay 5, 20262.0This is the second time I went in and when I asked for my size the answer was a quick look at my chest and a scoff saying I’m not that size. Then I’m handed a bra that is 2 cup sizes small - and comically small. And for some reason they surprised this was the case. They probably hope given the location that clueless tourists will fall for buying an incorrect size - but when it’s that much smaller no one would buy it!

Amy was fabulous and so helpful, and another lovely lady who I unfortunately didn’t quite catch her name but she was an absolute joy from the moment we walked in, she overheard exactly what I was looking for and showed me an array of options . 10/10 service.
