- ZRZara RJan 27, 20265.0I had a really good experience in the store. I was served by a lovely sales assistant called Ruana. She was super polite and helpful and made sure I found everything I was looking for. It was a great experience with excellent customer service.

No hello, no smile, no proactivity ...had to ask for help and the girl assisting me was behaving like somebody put a gun to her head and forced her to be there. When I asked for another bra size, other sales lady was asking me why I need a bigger size, when I sad I just need it for comparison, she continued asking me why I think it is to small -I think I am allowed to try another size??!! She then asked the first girl to get me the other size...and there se was, walking like on a death row...she then told me they do not have the asked size and brought a bra for which she said it is the samwe- and was nothing like the one I tried on! I've had enough at that point and decided I will not leave my money there. I told the girl that it is the worst service ever on what she replied that I can not talk to people like that. Like what, honest?! Have them trained or have them replaced. I am a regular Intimissimi buyer but this is way below par.
