I am an intimissimi customer for more than 10 years, im portuguese so I only had amazing service in Portugal and everytime I went to Spain, so I try to keep my store shopping there and here usually buy online. Made the mistake of buying pyjamas at the store in high Kensington Street and came here to return to be told they changed the rules a few months back, my husband works for a luxury brand in this store and finds it shocking that we can only return to the shop you bought the items from. I was not told this when I did the shopping, I was only told I had 30 days to return, as I did not even try the items, I asked about the conditions. Got to the store, staff is not only rude, they are hugging each other and chitchatting, not helping any clients. Just appalling service, do not recommend.
