  Unfortunately the staff at this Celine Womenswear location were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The sales assistant of Asian descent (older woman) dismissed us & didn’t bother to check for an item we asked about. She was incredibly hostile, judgemental, and unwelcome. She treated another customer in the same manner and was appropriately scolded by said customer. I hope management addresses the level of customer service at this location, as I surely won’t be returning or recommending this branch.

  I had an amazing experience at Celine London Harrods Ready to Wear. The boutique offers a stunning collection of elegant and high-quality fashion pieces in a beautifully designed luxury setting. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive throughout my visit. They provided excellent customer service, helped with styling recommendations, and made the shopping experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Everything from the atmosphere to the professionalism of the team was outstanding. A perfect destination for anyone looking for luxury fashion and first-class service — highly recommended!

  I popped into Celine at Harrods just to try on some sunglasses and ended up buying them – mostly thanks to Galina! She was honestly amazing – so kind, helpful, and really easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, no pressure at all. Her colleague with short black hair was also lovely and super professional. Both of them made me feel really comfortable and well looked after.
