  I had the most amazing shopping experience at Caledonia Tottenham Court Road the quality is amazing and Jai was so helpful patient, and genuinely made my shopping experience soooo much better, thank you to Jai amazing staff,

  I bought tights from Calzedonia and they got a ladder the very first time I put them on, which was really disappointing considering the price and quality expected. I contacted them via email to try and resolve the issue as I wasn’t in the country, but they were unable to help or offer a solution. Overall, very poor customer service and not the quality I expected so won’t be buying from here again.

  Sent here from the Covent Garden shop to exchange 2 of the 6 socks I bought last week as the offers in this shop are different from all others. Yet the shop assistant said I can not exchange. Not sure who is right or wrong but definitely poor customer service

  One of the assistants was expecting a baby and kept eyeing the woman she was serving with envy -a very beautiful woman. She kept looking her up and down, almost as if she were bothered by her beauty, clearly taking advantage of the fact that the woman wasn’t looking at her. I found the situation rather embarrassing and thought that women, first and foremost, should feel secure in themselves and appreciate the beauty of others without feeling uncomfortable about who they are. Overall, their attitude seemed a bit malicious. I then heard them muttering something quietly about another customer
