  PLEASE NOTE NEW SHOP POLICY if you purchase any item in the shop, if you wish to return for a refund you have to go to THE ORIGINAL SHOP. This is not suitable if you do not live in that area and is a stupid policy that came out in APRIL. You are not informed about this until you receive the receipt and it is in small print and very hard to read. You are not advised at point of sale, and who checks the small print on the receipt. If you buy online you can return to any shop so this policy as absurd! DO NIT BUY FROM THESE SHOPS IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL AND MIGHT NEED TO RETURN.

  I bought tights from Calzedonia and they got a ladder the very first time I put them on, which was really disappointing considering the price and quality expected. I contacted them via email to try and resolve the issue as I wasn’t in the country, but they were unable to help or offer a solution. Overall, very poor customer service and not the quality I expected so won’t be buying from here again.

  Olena has been absolutely amazing! Best customer service ever. She is professional, patient, polite and nice. I was very demanding and she supported me with all my requests. Thanks to her I’ve done a beautiful shopping. Also the Italian lady was very nice and professional. Thank you all!

  Extremely rude staff today 31 Jan at 7:43. All staff were talking amongst themselves and were blocking the stairs to the other clothes. We asked a question about one of the clothes and received a very rude reply.
