  I was genuinely surprised by the rudeness of the staff member at the shop in Westfield. The first thing I heard when I entered the shop was that the fitting rooms were already closed, despite there still being around 45 min before the shop was due to close. Needless to say, there was also no greeting. When I asked “Already?” the staff member simply said yes, without any explanation. I understand that everyone wants to go home at the end of the day, but it is honestly very disappointing when staff members exercises such discretion over when to 'close' the fitting rooms, particularly where there does not appear to be any such rule applied across other shops. I was genuinely upset, as the message felt like “please leave the shop” when you just entered the shop. I hope this will be taken into consideration by the shop management.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Calzedonia. On 5 July, I purchased a bathing suit in-store. When I paid, the store had run out of receipt paper, so I wasn’t given a paper receipt. I was also in a hurry and couldn’t wait while the issue was being dealt with, so I left, never expecting that I would need to return the item. When I later went back to the store to ask for help, the staff member was not helpful at all. I showed proof of purchase from my bank statement. It clearly shows the purchase date (5 July), and the payment was processed from my account on 6 July, which is completely normal for many card transactions. Despite providing this evidence, I was simply told that nothing could be done. I also contacted customer service, hoping they would understand the situation, but I received the same response: no receipt means no refund. While I understand that a receipt is normally required, this situation was caused by the store’s failure to provide one in the first place. Customers should not be penalized because a store was unprepared and had run out of receipt paper. Something as basic as replacing the receipt roll should be checked before it becomes an issue for customers. I expected much better customer service from a brand like Calzedonia. A bank transaction is legitimate proof that a purchase was made, and I was only asking for someone to look into the situation with a bit of understanding instead of refusing to help outright.

  Friendly and helpful staff, clothes fit me perfectly, love the fact that the shop is very eco-friendly. Gets very busy on weekends so best to go during the weekdays.
