  Can’t say enough good things about Joe at the Vacheron Constantin boutique in Edinburgh! He’s genuinely enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable about the watches, and made the whole experience exceptional. I loved trying on some amazing pieces as well as picking up my dream watch. Without doubt, the best boutique experience I’ve had, and much better than some others I could mention! If you’re visiting the Edinburgh boutique, do yourself a favour and ask for Joe. A total gem.

  I highly recommend this Vacheron Constantin boutique. I had the pleasure of trying on the magnificent American 1921 in rose gold. The service provided by Mr. Craig Banks was simply impeccable—attentive, professional, and exceptionally courteous. His approach and valuable advice have truly inspired me to one day acquire this true icon of watchmaking.

  I went with my son because he is a watch lover. It is the first time in my life that I saw such a friendly staff with willingness and kindness to explain to him about the history behind Vacheron and how a watch is a life story and not only a value on a wrist. The people that work there - I really thank them for the exceptional experience the offered to us. (Visiting from Greece).

  I’ve been to other vacheron locations in other countries and this has been my favourite so far. Unpretentious and welcoming. Warm customer service.
