  Pour ma première montre chez Audemars Piguet Genève, l’expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis senti attendu et considéré. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Emmanuel, mon conseiller, pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils tout au long de cette première acquisition. J’ai également été très touché par toutes les attentions et les cadeaux reçus. On ne se sent pas comme un simple client, mais véritablement comme un membre de la famille. Une expérience inoubliable, à la hauteur de la Maison Audemars Piguet. Merci encore à toute l’équipe, et à très bientôt !

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Während unseres spontanen Besuchs im AP House Genf wurden wir äusserst freundlich empfangen – und das, obwohl wir keinen Termin hatten. Die Gastfreundschaft war von der ersten Minute an aussergewöhnlich und vermittelte sofort das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Hugo Albertoni, der das Armband meiner Royal Oak Ref. 14468TR perfekt angepasst hat. Seine professionelle, kompetente und zugleich herzliche Art machte den Besuch zu einem rundum angenehmen Erlebnis. Der Service war präzise, effizient und auf höchstem Niveau. Exzellentes Hosting, erstklassiger Kundenservice und eine Atmosphäre, die der Marke Audemars Piguet mehr als gerecht wird. So stellt man sich ein echtes Luxuserlebnis vor. Vielen Dank – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

  Disappointing Service Standards I visit boutiques for the experience and the connection to the craft, but my recent visit to this AP location was a lecture in condescension.The customer service displayed was the most unprofessional I have encountered in the industry. Specifically, I dealt with an associate (JP/GP) whose conduct was condescending and argumentative. Rather than facilitating a brand experience, he spent ten minutes lecturing us on why a purchase was impossible. The reasoning provided was ludicrous: he claimed that selling us a timepiece would "upset" his colleagues in our home country (btw, I understand this but it's not something you say to a client). When I pointed out that this logic suggests the brand prioritizes internal salesman politics over the client experience, the associate began yelling and accused me of mishearing him. It is clear the personnel at this location require immediate training on professional communication. This level of service has genuinely soured my interest in the brand entirely.
