Some clothing looks very nice and I sometimes buy from them. Their customer service is great. However I really hate their return policy I believe u are only given 2-3 days to return.
Today was my first time visiting this store with my girlfriend. We were assisted by a sales associate named Yanni, who was incredibly patient and professional. She gave my girlfriend lots of expert advice and stylish outfit suggestions, and my girlfriend was very pleased with her recommendations. We will definitely be back to this store.

Very bad experience in this particular store. My mother bought a coat here, no one mentioned the no return policy to her, she changed her mind and wanting to exchange for another coat within 3 days and was told the fine print on the receipt said no return or exchange and the brand director Catherine offers no help at all saying there are signs at the cashier like everyone is suppose to look out for the hidden signs while shopping. The sales person never mentioned anything during shopping to warn this policy which is a bit odd in the first place, even LV offers exchange or return for unused item. I guess this brand is so proud that no customer will change their mind on purchased items. Such a rare policy in North America. Customer aware!!
I understand you get based on commission, you pish too much. This one salesperson, especially, makes me very uncomfortable and never want to go back. Hope they train their staffs properly and with manners. Otherwise, don't want to shop from this store anymore.
