  We visited the store today whilst on holiday from the UK.My wife fell in love with a cashmere jumper. Unfortunately the size was not available Instore. However Ivy found that the correct size was available in a store out of town but that it could not be moved to the local store until the following morning - too late for when the jumper was needed. However Ivy and her team managed to get the jumper to the store within 2 hours. Exemplary service. Thank you all. A happy wife is a happy life!

  The sales Jessie greeted me very warmly. She was very friendly and patient, and I bought some clothes I like here.

  Extremely rude and dis respectful salesperson. She was so pushy and even didn’t give chance to have quick look!!
