  I have had consistently great experiences shopping at A|X Armani Exchange. The store has a good selection, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff have always been helpful and professional. I especially want to mention Lina, who has helped me several times. She is always patient, friendly, and very attentive without ever being pushy. She takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and is genuinely helpful when it comes to finding the right style, fit, or option. That kind of service really makes a difference and is one of the reasons I enjoy coming back to this location. Great experience overall, and many thanks to Lina and the team!

  We would especially like to recognize Angela for her outstanding service. We are a retired couple who have always loved the Armani brand and used to shop with Armani quite often, although we haven’t visited in several years. This time, we happened to stop by the store just to have a look, and we were genuinely impressed by Angela’s service. Angela was incredibly warm, professional, attentive, and thoughtful. She communicated with us very well in Chinese, took the time to understand our preferences, and patiently helped us select and coordinate pieces without ever making us feel pressured. In the past, when we visited outlet stores, we often found that staff would not even approach or acknowledge us. That is why Angela’s service made such a strong impression on us. We originally only planned to browse, but thanks to her excellent service, my wife ended up purchasing five pieces and we rediscovered our enthusiasm and love for Armani. Angela is truly an exceptional member of the team. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made our experience memorable and made us want to come back to Armani again. Thank you, Angela, for making our shopping experience so enjoyable. Your service truly deserves recognition and praise.

  I originally stopped by Armani just to browse, as I usually shop at the outlets and wasn’t planning to buy anything. I’m also a very picky customer and don’t like too much sales talk, but Angela knew exactly when to give me space and when to make the right recommendation. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very smart in the way she approached the sale without making me feel pressured. With her help, I ended up purchasing over $1,000 worth of full-price and sale items. I was very happy with the quality, value, and overall experience. I used to mainly shop at the outlets, but after this experience, I will definitely come back to this store again and I’ll also recommend Angela and this Armani location to my friends. Armani is very lucky to have her on the team!

  Armani is one of my favorite stores in Vancouver, and Lina is a big reason why. For many years, she has always provided warm, enthusiastic, and patient service. No matter how busy the store is, she always takes the time to understand what we need and help us find the right pieces. I especially love the new colors in Armani’s collections each season, and the T-shirts are so easy to style. My husband also loves the men’s bomber jackets—they are versatile and work well for many different occasions. What I appreciate most is that Lina is not simply selling clothes. She helps us understand each season’s collections, trends, fabrics, and styles, making us appreciate and love Armani even more. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care make every visit a great experience. I highly recommend Lina!

  As a busy working mom with two little boys, I rarely have time to shop, but I still love buying clothes from this store. I met Lina a few years ago, and she has been amazing ever since. She always takes the time to understand what I need and selects clothes for me in advance, so I can easily try them on without spending too much time shopping. It saves me so much time! Over the years, Lina has really gotten to know my style, preferences, and sizing. She always gives me helpful and honest suggestions and makes shopping so much easier and more enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just focus on selling products — she genuinely cares about her customers and what works best for them. I truly enjoy her service and trust her recommendations. Lina is definitely one of the best salespeople I’ve met in Vancouver. I’m always happy to shop with her and will continue to follow her recommendations. Highly recommended!
