⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Staff! My entire experience at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel was fantastic! The entire staff was courteous, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Scott at valet, Monte at the front desk, and Ralph at the bar all stood out and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The service, atmosphere, and overall value were excellent. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere where the team genuinely cares about its guests and takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The stay was perfect, the value was excellent, and the staff made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our association hosted a conference here this past week and everything about this hotel was exceptional. The food was great, bartenders in the hotel bar were great, and the event staff were phenomenal. The event space and hotel rooms are also nice and updated as well, and the location can’t be beat. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to host an event or looking for a hotel downtown.

I can't say enough about The Park. Our company has meetings here several times a year and the service is just amazing. The Board room is a perfect space for us. So many little things that just make it comfortable to focus on the work we need to do. Fridge, sink, outlets in the table and probably my favorite.... the ability to cast a device to the screen in the room without having to mess around with cables. Adam took great care of us. He kept the fridge stocked, coffee full and delivered lunches when we needed. GREAT SERVICE! Mid-West Family loves The Park.

The staff made this business stay feel more like a staying over at a friends house. From being greeted and checked in by Monte who was kind and excited to welcome a first time visitor to Madison, to the rest of the front desk staff who always took a moment to greet you warmly, to Will who was ready to assist to make sure they stay was memorable. Not to mention the beautiful property with awesome views of the capitol building and being close to so many key spots to enjoy when visiting Madison. Thank you for the great stay.
