Used to frequent this place quite a bit. The last few experiences have been disappointing to say the least. The most recent stay was the last straw for me. I checked in on a Friday evening and was scheduled to check out the following Monday. Everything was fine Friday night. I took a shower and went to bed. I left for a 12+ hour work day the next day on Saturday. I got back around midnight and realized the toilet was clogged and not flushing. Reminder - I have been gone all day and didn't use the facilities. I called the front desk and the gentleman there said, "well what did you do to it?" I said, "nothing, I haven't even been here today." He said he could bring me a plunger because no other rooms were available. I said fine and moved. I went to hop in the shower and the shower head was busted and spraying water everywhere outside of the shower. I called again and let him know. His exact words to me were, "well was it already broken or did you break it?". Absolutely ridiculous to be treated this way. Stop trying to save a buck by doing handyman work yourselves and hire professionals and don't blame your guests for YOUR faulty workmanship. Never again will I stay here.

Worse d experience i have ever had. The bar has a bunch of thugs that threaten me and bartender. Would not remove the person. The person ended up in our room steeling money and keys. My husband didnt grab my wedding ring and it was stolen by the maid service. I would never stay there ever again

Bartender at the place inside here is an absolute nightmare. Get your shit together, seriously. If I had to guess why there's no one in here. ... it's her.

Very clean smell upon entering the facility, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, well maintained bathrooms, and a good rotation of breakfast items. There's also a bar attached that has karaoke and bingo nights...no one under 21 after 7:00 pm.
