  Great service. I was given a perfect room. Very clean. Quality free breakfast and I felt very safe at the property. I would highly recommend staying here.

  The hotel and the rooms looked great. They were also very clean. The service was exceptional. We forgot a few items at home and the front desk came in clutch to provide them for us.

  Our experience was by far without a doubt the worst we ever encountered amoung all hotels we have booked at. Being undressed and having our room door opened not once but twice, by two members of another party, with children i will add, had a view into our room and activities. When a stranger opens ones home door, and you the owner has zero idea of their intent, disaster strikes. The kid this hotel had on duty at the front desk , whos name/identity will be submitted to corporate, when confronted has a simplistic response of, " sorry gave that group the wrong room", is unacceptable! Children being exposed to views, strangers opening ones room door, i cannot emphasise how serious this scene is. Will never book at a best western again, the worst snafu experienced.
