  Very clean room. Beautiful well-maintained pool and sauna. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles and pancakes. Waffle batter was delicious. Juices, cereals and scrambled eggs were standard fare. Water for my tea was lukewarm at 7:30 am. Very quiet motel. Our window faced Wenatchee Ave but we did not hear any traffic noise at night. A/C actually cooled the room (97 outside) and the refrigerator kept our beverages cold. If any complaint, and not a big deal, but the bath towels could be bigger and thicker. We usually got the last parking spot at 9pm so not an abundance of spaces but there were lots of construction and fire fighting crews here with big trucks so I’d rather give respect to the hard, exhausting work they do than complain about fitting my vehicle between two big trucks. The lamp on both sides of the bed had two outlets to charge devices. 120v, not USB so need a cube. In reviewing quality to nightly price of a room, I would recommend this motel to others

  Outstanding service and a wonderful stay! I was a bit skeptical at first since I’ve never stayed at a Best Western before, but my stay at the Best Western Downtown Wenatchee completely exceeded my expectations! My room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and it had every single thing I needed for my short work trip. What truly set this place apart, though, was the incredible service. I accidentally left some items behind, and Gigi, Juan, and Gavin went above and beyond to help me get them returned. Gigi, Juan, and Gavin—thank you all so much for being so attentive, compassionate, and understanding! I truly appreciate your amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

  Pretty decent spot. Housekeepers need to learn to knock. Both mornings I was here the housekeepers just barged in without as much as a tap on the door. Decent accommodations, friendly desk staff, housekeepers who lack basic courtesy and awareness of the most rudimentary aspects of their job.
